I could deal with an Obama lost…

I really been thinking bout how November 5th gonna go.

Parties, riots, gleefulness, random acts of racial violence, solace, black folks showing out, (some) white folks ratchetting up their hate game, n_ggas holding their hand out, Hawaiians getting an holiday… or even if Sen. McCain will get consideration for a Cabinet position.

What what I dont think folks are really thinking bout is “what if he loses”? The pain, the disappointment, the shock, the awe! My thing is… Barack lose? to McCain? The flip flopping used to be nice guy who was a maverick but sold his soul to the devils he once fought with?

I could deal with it if he lost to Romney, Guiliani, Thompson or even Paul… but McCain? They talked about Barack’s first major decision is to pick a VP. He hit a ‘just over the wall’ home run with Sen. Joe Biden. While McCain whiffed with the beauty queen from Alaska. He touts her executive experience – ummm Ward 2 in Washington DC has MORE people then the State of Alaska. Obama, the community organizer, presided over more than 24,000 people while organizing labor group in the SouthSide of Chicago.

I could deal with it if he lost to a McCain-Romney, McCain-Thompson, or even a McCain-Lieberman ticket. Clinton won the White House at 45 yrs of age….came out 65 yrs of age. Bush XLI went in at 48 came out 88. If McCain-Palin wins, McCain will go in at 72 and not make it out the first freaking year!!! And we willbe left with “cutesy” from Alaska to negotiate with a Democrat Congress, world leaders, and Ned and ‘em!

But seriously… we (black folk) have always had to be two-three-four times BETTER than the white man to get a job, perform a job, and to keep a job — Mr. Obama has been a hundred times better than his competition.

HONESTLY – people need to be educated on the ELECTORAL COLLEGE. This is always a shock to folks.

I am not supporting either candidate (shock I know); but for the sanity and sanctity of the US, I pray that Sen. Obama does win. If he does not… I can deal with it, but can “we”?

METRO — Is your crazy!

Today.. Metro officials yesterday announced plans to immediately begin random searches of backpacks, purses and other bags in a move they say will protect riders and also guard their privacy and minimize delays.would be conducting random searches

Have they lost their gotdang minds!?   HELL YEAH I got a problem with this!!! I dont need ANOTHER reason why the police harrass me and other males with my pigmentation!

However, if they checking the Jim Jefferies, Tim McVeighs, and patty Hursts as well as Ali, A’Mahaded, and Jamal…. I guess I can live with it!

Then again… “program was not in response to a specific threat but prompted by increased security concerns before next week’s election and the inauguration…” I DOUBT Jamal and ‘em would cause a ruckus if Obama wins. And they surely wont be out there is McCain wins.

Am I really here… what will I really say? Are my thoughts interesting enough to have you come back again? I am a private person who doesn’t share much, so this may be an ‘effort from hell’, but I promised that I would ‘try’. I aint all that into grammar… (I was a math major)!!
